Our Process
No two matters are the same, and the right process depends on the circumstances. We tailor each engagement to what the matter requires, while bringing the same thoughtful, independent and practical approach to every mandate.
We Examine
We approach the work with curiosity, care and attention to detail. Depending on the mandate, we may interview participants, gather and review oral and/or documentary evidence, assess credibility and reliability or review existing investigation practices and materials. Throughout, we remain focused on conducting a process that is fair, thorough and proportionate. Where circumstances change or new issues emerge, we address them with you and adjust the process where appropriate.
We Define
We work with you to establish a clear mandate and a process that fits the circumstances. We identify the issues or questions to be addressed, the scope of our work, anticipated timelines and deliverables, and other considerations that may shape the mandate.
